Ira McDonald is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects throughout Hamilton and the surrounding areas. Manage projects exceeding $20 million while fostering community impact.

This full-time role requires a proactive leader who will partner with Superintendents for overall construction management. Responsibilities include budgeting, maintaining positive cash flow, and ensuring timely payments. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers will be crucial for project success, as well as your skills in problem-solving and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects with budgets over $20 million

• Ensure compliance with drawings and safety specifications

• Foster long-lasting client relationships through effective communication

• Establish and execute detailed construction strategies

• Conduct project meetings to support on-going development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or GSC designation

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the ICI sector

• Expertise in construction contracts and management software

• Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams

• Availability to travel to job sites as required
