Senior Construction Project Manager

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing several institutional, commercial, and industrial construction projects, each valued over $20 million. Your responsibilities include collaborating with Superintendents to ensure project completion, quality standards, budgeting, and cash flow management. You will also need to foster positive relationships with stakeholders and lead teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction projects with budgets exceeding $20 million

• Ensure all work adheres to specifications and safety standards

• Build solid relationships with clients and educational partners

• Design and implement strategic construction plans

• Lead meetings to keep project teams aligned

Requirements:

• Degree in architectural technology, engineering, or similar

• Over 10 years of experience in ICI

• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and the CCDC

• Familiarity with Procore and project scheduling

• Valid driver's license and travel readiness
