Position: Design Lead Role with Aecon Civil

In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Design or Construction Manager, leading efforts in design and supervision of temporary works. Key tasks involve preparing structural designs, ensuring efficient execution during early project phases, and collaborating with project teams and engineers to optimize project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to design temporary construction solutions

• Generate detailed construction drawings and reports

• Implement quality checks on construction outputs

• Supervise temporary work tasks on-site

• Communicate status updates to project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Civil discipline required

• Must hold Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation

• Minimum of 7 years in structural design

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Strong organizational ability under pressure
