Project Manager for Community-Centric Building

Take the lead in shaping communities as a Project Manager rsee modular construction initiatives that prioritize quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

In collaboration with the Director of Projects, you will manage the execution of contracts, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Your role will involve strategic leadership and risk management, making your contributions essential to our mission to revolutionize construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve project goals for cost, quality, and schedule

• Direct internal teams and subcontractors effectively

• Liaise with clients to ensure ongoing communication

• Initiate proactive risk management strategies

• Monitor critical path and project schedules closely

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in project management, ideally in ICI construction

• Degree or diploma in a related engineering field

• PMP certification (or in progress) advantageous

• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams

• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
