Senior Contract Manager for Infrastructure Projects

The position is available from our offices in Guelph, Mississauga, or Hamilton with significant field presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage construction contracts efficiently

• Ensure timely return of submittals and requests

• Conduct detailed site progress evaluations and meetings

• Review change requests and contractor claims

• Maintain accurate documentation throughout project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or relevant discipline

• 10+ years in contract administration in related fields

• Strong knowledge of traffic control and safety practices

• Proficiency in managing construction inspections

• Excellent stakeholder coordination abilities
