- Position:
Part-Time (Scheduled shifts: days, evenings, and weekends) - Compensation: $470 - $1,000 per week based on hours
- Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional approach, following company scripts
- Schedule sales and service appointments for residential and commercial clients
- Manage and respond to customer emails promptly
- Keep customer profiles accurate and up to date
- Greet and assist customers in our showroom
- Handle administrative tasks as needed
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with computers, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of Ontario’s geographical areas is an asset
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
