Advance your customer service career with Concentrix as an Automotive Customer Service Representative. Engage with customers in both French and English, providing on-site support and resolution.
In this role, you will be the primary contact for automotive inquiries, assisting clients via phone and online channels. Candidates must be 18+, hold a secondary education, and ideally possess 1-3 years of experience in a contact center. You'll troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for billing and vehicle connectivity inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product concerns
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues
• Make necessary outbound follow-up calls
• Assist with billing and vehicle connectivity needs
• Keep accurate records of all communications
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older with a secondary education
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Fluency in French and English confirmed
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
• Must pass technical assessments
