This role is suited for individuals with strong customer service skills who can navigate claims processing. You will gather and verify information, engage with workplace parties, and promote WSIB's online services. Your contributions will ensure claims are ready for decision-making while promoting a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register and gather information for new claims
• Review specialty claim types and perform data verification
• Contact involved parties for claim completion
• Provide customer education on claims and services
• Document processes and assist with improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus specialized courses
• Over 1 year and 5 months of customer service experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of WSIB systems and processes beneficial
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy
