Position: Desjardins Insurance Customer Service Role

This is a full-time position where you will act as a crucial support team member for clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will process policy changes, respond to inquiries, and assist the sales team with quoting and follow-ups.

Your role includes reviewing client coverage and helping guide them through claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day service for existing insurance clients

• Accurately process renewals and policy changes

• Address client inquiries across multiple communication channels

• Identify opportunities for additional client protections

• Support sales activities with quoting and client follow-ups

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years in customer service, ideally in insurance

• OTL licensed or willing to become licensed

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing

• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
