Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? As a Customer Service Representative you are a vital member of our team, acting as the first point of contact for our customers and ensuring that every caller feels heard and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude
Convert calls into scheduled service appointments
Make follow-up calls after recent service visits to verify customer satisfaction
Make outbound calls to membership customers to book annual appointments
Prioritize and coordinate service schedules
Keep customer database up-to-date with accurate information
Handle other admin tasks as needed

$21 - $25 per hour
Job Location
Our Customer Service Representatives work at our office for each scheduled shift.

Qualifications
Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Open availability for scheduling
A great communicator with the ability to connect and build positive relationships with customers and your team
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Customer service focused
