Harris's commitment to national security by managing repair activities and ensuring on-time delivery of services. Coordination skills will be vital in liaising with the Customer Service team and tracking operational commitments. Your focus on continuous improvement will enhance service delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with end-to-end management of repair processes
• Communicate ongoing service actions to Customer Service team
• Resolve delivery issues impacting revenue
• Maintain service center repair schedules and capacity plans
• Update work orders and repair data in ERP systems
Requirements:
• 6 years of relevant experience or 2 years with a degree
• Proven ability in a fast-paced service environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of repair scheduling and capacity planning
• Understanding of industry regulations such as ISO
9000/AS9100 is beneficial
