In this engaging role, you will deliver prompt and efficient service while assisting members with their banking needs. Responsibilities include handling transactions, cross-selling products, and maintaining effective communication with both members and team members. Your contributions will support overall customer satisfaction and branch objectives set forth by the management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate accurate transaction services, including cash handling
• Recognize and leverage opportunities for service improvement
• Address member inquiries and concerns effectively
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and guidelines
• Partake in the organization of branch activities and upkeep
Requirements:
• Education completion equivalent to Grade 12
• Previous experience in a customer-centric or cash handling role preferred
• Experience with MS Office is beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and work collaboratively
