As a Member Services Representative, your role is pivotal in welcoming members and driving engagement in our community. This position combines customer service excellence with your passion for fitness, ensuring members feel valued and informed about all club offerings while adhering to the company’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attract new members through various outreach methods
• Exceed sales targets using effective techniques
• Provide excellent service by managing member accounts
• Maintain cleanliness and address member needs promptly
• Effectively communicate events and services to members
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Must obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
