Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance customer relationships through retention strategies
• Onboard clients with customized training sessions
• Create and lead comprehensive training programs
• Address account inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
• Track and report on customer success metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years in customer management in SaaS
• Experience in Investor Relations or Fintech sectors
• History of managing and growing client accounts
• Knowledge of Salesforce and data tools
