Automotive Customer Service Rep; Bilingual: French/English On-site

What You Will Do- Passionately assist automotive customers, respond to their questions and inquiries, and resolve any concerns regarding the clients’ products and/or services.
- Effectively troubleshoot technical issues of hardware, software, networking, or other client products, make follow‑up outbound calls to customers or other parties, and follow appropriate escalation paths as needed.
- Provide inbound customer support for customers to resolve technical issues, billing concerns and vehicle connectivity needs.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
- 18 years or older with secondary education.
- Talent, passion, and patience to deliver excellence in customer service.
- 1–3 years of customer service work experience (in a Contact Centre environment preferred).
- Expected to utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout day‑to‑day tasks and pass technical assessments.
- Able to speak, write and understand English and French; confirmed by assessment.
- Ability to pass a typing test with at least 30 words per minute.
- Base salary: $19.35/hr with advanced roles at $23.00/hr, plus incentives aligned with individual and company performance. Actual salaries vary based on location, qualifications, experience and competencies.
