Elevate customer experiences as a Customer Advocacy Specialist s role focuses on building advocate communities and developing impactful customer content in a collaborative environment.

In this mid-level position, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify customer champions and create opportunities for sharing success stories. Your ability to manage reference requests, develop engaging customer assets, and foster relationships will drive significant business impact. You will also help expand the Torch Network as an advocate for customer engagement and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales reference requests and fulfillment

• Build relationships with customer advocates and identify compelling stories

• Develop customer content like testimonials and case studies

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to meet strategic needs

• Track advocacy metrics using Salesforce and other tools

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in customer advocacy or related area

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Experience in project management across teams

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and AI tools

• Ability to generate impactful customer proof and content
