Position: Account Executive for AHL Memberships
Drive exceptional service and member relations with Oak View Group as an Account Executive at the TD Coliseum. Elevate customer experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities through relationship-building.

This role focuses on fostering robust connections with AHL Members at TD Coliseum, contributing directly to the AHL Sales & Service team. Ideal applicants possess 2-3+ years of sales and service experience in a relevant industry, showcasing strong professionalism and customer service acumen. You will not only answer member inquiries but also generate strategic initiatives aimed at boosting retention rates and satisfying customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet monthly and yearly customer service goals

• Enhance member relationships through memorable experiences

• Implement unique service strategies for increased retention

• Generate touchpoint strategies via face-to-face and virtual meetings

• Fulfill member requests through various communication channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant fields

• 2-3+ years in sales/service, preferably in sports/entertainment

• Strong professionalism, integrity, and project management skills

• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
