Drive customer satisfaction as an Account Representative with Stelco in Hamilton, Ontario. This role involves intertwined responsibilities of customer service and business management.
This temporary position provides a valuable opportunity to understand Stelco’s complete order-to-cash process. You will facilitate order entry, provide updates, and manage shipments consistently to meet customer demands. Safety will be your top priority while collaborating with various teams within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exhibit professionalism while representing Stelco internally and externally
• Enter customer orders in Stelco's ERP system accurately
• Manage and communicate order status updates to clients
• Coordinate shipments and support inventory management
• Expedite production for on-time delivery to customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and analytical skills
