As a Motivator, you'll be the first point of contact at our Hamilton location. This customer service role requires an understanding of the fitness industry, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in managing memberships and inquiries. You'll create an engaging environment that enhances the member experience and encourages personal fitness achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and check them in upon arrival
• Handle incoming calls and assist potential members
• Provide answers to member questions about fitness machines
• Manage membership sales and services effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and support club operations
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred
• Knowledge of fitness industry and related services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
