Drive client satisfaction as a Client Experience Specialist with Investment Planning Counsel, part of Canada Life. This full-time position combines client service with key administrative functions in a dynamic work environment.
You will support Advisors in maintaining high-quality client interactions and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include client onboarding, meeting preparation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your detail-oriented approach will contribute significantly to the customer experience at IPC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first contact for clients and assist with inquiries
• Manage scheduling of client meetings efficiently
• Prepare client documents and investment summaries
• Keep accurate records in internal CRM systems
• Support regulatory compliance and office administration
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; business-related education preferred
• Experience in financial services or client roles
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
