Fulfilling the responsibilities of a Tesla Delivery Advisor means preparing comprehensive loan documents and collaborating on trade-ins. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer loan documentation for delivery appointments
• Prove expertise in promoting Tesla’s innovations
• Enhance scheduling processes for customer satisfaction
• Create performance improvement reports for team support
• Coordinate service and manage the store fleet
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in customer service roles
• Highly organized with excellent communication abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license in Canada
