This role centers on assisting customers with Constellation Products, investigating software problems, and ensuring timely resolutions. You will utilize your technical expertise to document issues and communicate effectively with internal teams. Engaging in team meetings and product training will further equip you to make informed recommendations for improved service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve client software issues for the Constellation Suite
• Track and manage issues within company tools
• Provide input on sensitive client situations
• Collaborate with development for issue resolution
• Create FAQ documentation to aid clients
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related area
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of general accounting/costing
• Competence in MS Windows and remote utilities
• Strong analytical and self-management skills
