Position: Shannex Wellness Centre Host Role
Become a Wellness Centre Host at Shannex in Ancaster, Ontario. Support residents and users through exceptional service and vibrant engagement in a welcoming environment.

As a Wellness Centre Attendant, you will help manage the operations and user experience within the Wellness Centre. Your responsibilities will include leading tours, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining records efficiently, while ensuring all community safety protocols are observed. Your professionalism and warm approach will enhance interactions with users significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome all residents and users to the Centre

• Lead detailed tours of the wellness facility

• Manage daily check-ins, registrations, and scheduling

• Keep attendance logs current and accurate

• Oversee the freshness and cleanliness of wellness stations

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service

• High school diploma and CPR/AED certifications beneficial

• Strong skills in organization and interpersonal communication

• Capability to work independently under pressure

• Dedication to supporting a high-quality user experience
