Join Dagmar Resort Ltd. as a full-time Snow School Booking Coordinator. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service while managing lesson bookings and office support during the winter season.
As the Snow School Booking Coordinator, you will be the frontline representative at Dagmar Resort’s Snow School. Your responsibilities include managing customer communications, processing payments, and ensuring smooth operations for ski and snowboard lessons. This position demands strong organization and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the Snow School Desk daily
• Book and modify ski and snowboard lessons
• Process registrations for programs and events
• Respond to inquiries regarding services and bookings
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or administration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to remain calm in a busy environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
