This position reports to the Supervisor of Dispatch and Operations Support. You will perform clerical duties, create work orders, and facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders. Ensuring accurate data management and customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support through document creation and review
• Enter detailed data into the IPS (HANSEN) database
• Issue and manage work orders related to water metering
• Respond to customer service inquiries via email
• Collaborate closely with Meter Technicians and external partners
Requirements:
• Strong background in water metering and office operations
• Experience creating and issuing work orders
• Knowledge of financial practices and invoice reconciliation
• Proven customer service experience in fast-paced settings
• Competent in using MS Office applications and CMMS tools
Leverage your administrative and customer service expertise to support Hamilton Water and its community.
