Reporting to the Regional Senior Director of Customer Success, you will be at the forefront of creating lasting client connections. Your responsibility includes managing the customer lifecycle while driving expansion and renewals. With in-depth knowledge of the Canadian banking sector, you will proactively respond to client needs and guide them towards successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive expansion and retention in customer portfolio
• Oversee onboarding and ensure successful implementation
• Collaborate on revenue growth through account planning
• Manage RFPs and contract negotiations effectively
• Mitigate churn risks while aligning with client objectives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing complex clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with financial services and SaaS tools
• Excellent communication and listening capabilities
• Highly organized with a problem-solving mindset
