In this role, you will provide critical technical guidance while managing the scheduling of both repairs and maintenance tasks. Your work will involve ensuring effective communication with clients and coordinating with other team members to uphold service quality. Maintain timely and accurate updates within the Service Scheduler, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate safe work practices in alignment with policies
• Schedule repairs and preventative maintenance accurately
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet project timelines
• Provide excellent customer support during repair processes
• Open and structure work orders in the system
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education minimum
• 5+ years of experience in service operations
• Proficient in managing service schedules
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Knowledge of equipment service guidelines
