In this full-time role, you will provide essential support to clients by processing policy changes, addressing inquiries, and reviewing coverage options. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional support to existing clients daily
• Process policy renewals and changes with accuracy

• Assist the sales team with necessary follow-ups
Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of customer service experience is preferred
• OTL licensing or commitment to obtain it
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized in approach
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital platforms
