As a vital part of the Customer Advocacy team, you'll identify new advocates, manage reference requests, and collaborate with internal teams to develop content that showcases customer success. Building effective relationships and nurturing a sense of community will be essential in expanding our Torch Network and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sales reference requests ensuring strong SLAs
• Foster deep relationships with customer advocates
• Create various customer proof assets like case studies
• Work closely with multiple teams to identify customer opportunities
• Report on advocacy metrics and streamline workflows
Requirements:
• 2–5 years’ experience in customer marketing or advocacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Competence in using Salesforce, Google Workspace
• Proactivity in using AI tools to enhance productivity
