As a Bilingual Claim Manager, you'll leverage your language skills to navigate the complexities of disability claims. Your responsibilities include investigating claims, formulating case plans, and communicating with clients in French and English. You will work collaboratively with various professionals to optimize return-to-work outcomes and deliver timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and assess claimees for initial and ongoing claims
• Ensure communication with claimants regarding updates
• Create and implement detailed management plans
• Work with team members to brainstorm solutions
• Drive positive outcomes for claims file
Requirements:
• Full fluency in French and English
• Minimum 2 years in disability claims
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Proficient in various software applications
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
