Advance your career as a Customer Operations Specialist with Dexian in Hamilton, ON, specializing in service delivery and healthcare coordination. This is a three-month on-site contract.
You will be responsible for monitoring service requests, facilitating timely resolutions, and communicating important updates to stakeholders. Key tasks include managing urgent service situations, maintaining accurate asset records, and assisting with project coordination for biomed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and escalate service requests effectively
• Communicate service status to customers and teams
• Prioritize and address urgent customer needs
• Maintain lifecycle information and documentation
• Support training for less experienced team members
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or healthcare operations
• Proficiency in project coordination and asset management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 360 and KPI tracking
• Willingness to travel across sites as required
