Red Hill Toyota – Service Advisor

Red Hill Toyota is part of the Parkway Motors Auto Group and is a family owned and operated dealership.

We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor with excellent customer service skills and the ability to offer and up‑sell value‑added service options in an honest and ethical manner. Experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers promptly, scheduling service appointments and collecting vehicle information.
  • Listening to customer requests, explaining repair order information, and clarifying service details.
  • Referring the technician to the customer, and/or test‑driving the vehicle to confirm the source(s) of service repairs.
  • Estimating the cost and time needed to complete the repair, taking the customer’s schedule into account.
  • Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; obtaining customer approval for additional work, explaining the work performed and the charges billed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of Service Advisor experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask when dealing with more than one customer.
  • Previous Toyota experience as a Service Advisor is a definite plus.
