Elevate member experiences as a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) at Good Life Fitness in Hamilton. This essential part-time position focuses on member engagement and support in achieving fitness goals.
In the Motivator role, you'll be critical in fostering a welcoming atmosphere for current and potential members. Your contributions will include efficiently managing memberships, assisting with workout queries, and creating a positive first impression. Ideal candidates possess strong customer focus and a thorough knowledge of fitness equipment and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and check them in each day
• Direct potential members and manage incoming calls
• Provide support regarding fitness equipment and services
• Facilitate membership updates and sales opportunities
• Complete cleaning tasks and support club maintenance
Requirements:
• Must hold CPR-A & AED Certification
• Acquire Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Previous experience in customer service is an asset
• Familiarity with the fitness industry and services
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
