Shape your career as a Temporary Account Representative with Stelco located in Hamilton, Ontario. This role prioritizes exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
You’ll work directly with a designated customer base to manage orders, ensure timely shipping, and communicate effectively throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally represent Stelco in customer communications
• Input and validate orders within the ERP system
• Provide order status updates to clients regularly
• Manage daily logistics and shipment needs
• Ensure on-time order delivery through effective follow-up
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1 year of experience in customer service preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
