In this essential role, you will collaborate across teams to understand business priorities and proactively source advocates. You’ll coordinate content creation efforts and manage requests while tracking important metrics to demonstrate advocacy impact. Your contribution is key to the growth of our Torch Network and overall customer advocacy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the process of sales reference requests and customer outreach
• Develop relationships and understand customer success stories
• Create impactful content including videos and spotlight features
• Collaborate with internal teams for streamlined asset creation
• Analyze key metrics to drive strategy
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in customer advocacy or related fields
• Strong skills in relationship management and communications
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Salesforce and data-oriented tools
• Initiative in applying AI tools for improved efficiency
