Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver respectful and knowledgeable service to customers
• Communicate service details clearly and de-escalate concerns
• Promote store offerings and manage warm transfers
• Maintain Service Ontario lobby standards and readiness
• Participate in training and store meetings to support teammates
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and French required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database programs
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail for accurate transactions
