In this position, you will act as a liaison between students and various university departments. Your responsibilities include assisting with student queries, organizing events, and managing application inquiries. You should possess at least three years of relevant experience in customer service, particularly within an educational setting, to handle complexities in student support effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with university services and advising
• Answer inquiries related to enrollment and applications
• Organize and plan events alongside the Associate Center Director
• Update and maintain student attendance records
• Communicate crucial information to students and staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or similar experience
• Three years of experience in customer service or education
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
