City of Hamilton is seeking a part-time Customer Contact Centre Representative to join the frontline team. You will receive, answer, and log inquiries related to municipal programs using the CRM, supporting residents with accurate, courteous service.
This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work across different city services. The position is 0–24 hours per week, with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends; union CUPE Local 5167 represented.
