Engage customers proactively to address their needs and highlight opportunities for further business enhancements through cross-sells and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate transactional services for members

• Provide courteous greetings and personalized service

• Resolve member inquiries promptly and effectively

• Spot opportunities for business consolidation and cross-selling

• Collaborate with colleagues to support service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Credit Union

• Strong communication skills and professionalism

• Comfortable engaging with members via video

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
