Member Services Representative

Position: Crunch Fitness Member Services Representative
Deliver exceptional customer service at Crunch Fitness while supporting member engagement, sales leads, and a welcoming gym atmosphere. Bring passion for health and fitness.
As a Member Services Representative, you will manage member accounts, book Crunch One Kick Offs, and communicate club services. The position emphasizes referrals, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, and consistent sales-lead follow-up. You will help members and guests understand facilities, programs, schedules, and events while representing Crunch core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Attract new business through referrals, outreach, and telephone inquiries
Follow up consistently on sales leads and trial-pass calls
Manage member accounts and book Crunch One Kick Offs
Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
Communicate club services, programs, schedules, and special events
Requirements:
Minimum one year of service-oriented experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand
Support Crunch Fitness members through customer service, sales follow-up, account management, and enthusiastic club engagement.
