Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Representative

Serve automotive customers in Hamilton, Ontario, using bilingual communication and technical troubleshooting skills. This generally sedentary position uses computers, telephones, headsets, and office equipment.

Concentrix is seeking an Automotive Customer Service Representative Bilingual for customer support. You will answer questions, resolve concerns, and address technical, billing, and vehicle connectivity needs. The work includes troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and other client products while following escalation paths.

• Assist automotive customers with product and service inquiries
• Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and connectivity needs
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and client products
• Make outbound follow-up calls when required
• Deliver expert customer experiences

• Be at least 18 years old with secondary education
• Bring one to three years of customer service experience
• Use multiple computer systems and pass technical assessments
• Speak, write, and understand English and French
• Pass a typing test at thirty words per minute
