This Front Desk Representative position serves lodging guests throughout their Blue Mountain Resort experience. You will create a positive check-in experience, provide helpful answers, and manage guest concerns through resolution. The role calls for exceptional customer service, intermediate computer knowledge, and a cheerful, energetic approach.

• Create a welcoming first contact for lodging guests
• Provide answers and assistance throughout each guest stay
• Complete hotel check-in and check-out processes
• Own guest experiences from arrival through departure
