Bilingual Client Service Coordinator

Manage client programs at Foundever while using client service and English French communication skills to support customer satisfaction and operational delivery.

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will maintain new and existing accounts and programs for Foundever. You will build client relationships, understand requirements, fulfill contractual commitments, and support future opportunities. The work includes coordinating resources, schedules, objectives, and project measures while communicating program changes to internal departments.

• Maintain implementation of new and existing client accounts
• Build relationships and understand client requirements and expectations
• Monitor contracted service level agreement adherence
• Coordinate resources, schedules, objectives, and project measures
• Communicate client program changes to internal departments

• One to three years in a client service role
• Bilingual English and French skills are an asset
• Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organizational Studies
• Ability to analyze data and recommend improvements
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
