Use GDS Sabre and travel expertise as a Senior Travel Consultant supporting clients Monday through Friday until 8 PM Eastern Time.
As the company’s client-facing Senior Travel Agent, you will respond to current and new client requests. You will search and confirm reservations while consulting on travel policies. The work also requires clear communication about regulations, fares, exchanges, and penalties.
Key Responsibilities:- Search and confirm customer travel reservations
- Consult clients consistently on travel policies
- Fulfill requests involving DOT, TSA, passports, and visas
- Explain fares, exchange costs, penalties, and industry information
- Suggest improvements to operational processes and client relationships
- Extensive international travel agent experience
- Relevant skills using GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Working knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures
- Knowledge of travel industry processes
