As a Fit4
Less Host with Good Life Group, you help deliver the brand’s friendly, clean, and automated experience. You will welcome members, explain memberships and amenities, promote Black Card options, and support automated and virtual processes. You will also complete cleaning, inspection, communication, and training tasks according to established guidelines. The position includes reporting deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns through standard processes.
- Welcome members and guests warmly throughout the club
- Clean and tidy areas according to inspection guidelines
- Explain memberships, amenities, automation, and processes
- Promote Black Card amenities and membership options
- Report deficiencies, incidents, and service concerns appropriately
- High school diploma or progress toward completion
- One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A, and AED certification
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
