Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and routine insurance inquiries
- Process vehicle, driver, and customer information changes
- Assist with quotes and policy applications
- Coordinate policy matters with insurance carriers
- Maintain records and complete customer follow-ups
- Fluent spoken Cantonese or Mandarin;
Cantonese preferred - Professional English communication for carriers and correspondence
- Confident phone etiquette and customer conversations
- Strong accuracy managing records and policy information
- Availability for the full Pacific Time schedule
