Associate Dentist

Pay: CA$-CA$ per year

Our new and growing dental clinic in Hamilton, Ontario is currently looking to add an Associate Dentist to our clinical team. This position is ideal for a dentist who prioritizes patient-centered treatment, works well in a team-based environment, and maintains a strong standard of clinical excellence.

• Conduct thorough dental assessments and oral health evaluations for patients of all ages.
• Develop customized treatment plans aligned with clinical findings and patient goals.
• Deliver a broad range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and emergency care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using dental practice management systems such as Akitu One.
• Work closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and front-office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide patients with education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term oral health.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing professional education and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted dental license.
• Prior experience in a clinical dental setting is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, compassionate bedside manner.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and patient-focused care.
