This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for associate dentists providing professional services to our practice. Engagement terms and compensation will be governed by an executed independent contractor agreement. This is not an employee position.

Our clinics operate 7 days a week, with a strong focus on evenings and weekends, meeting the needs of today’s patients who want accessible, convenient care—without compromise.

• Prime-time schedules aligned with modern patient demand

• 17 clinics across Ontario and growing!

• DDS/DMD with a valid license to practice dentistry in Ontario
• Registered and in good standing with the RCDSO
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
• 2+ years of North American experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
