In this role within Clio’s Product Design team, you’ll own the evolution of our design system, ensuring alignment with cutting-edge AI technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders, translating insights from legal professionals into cohesive design strategies that enhance overall user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to set strategic design priorities
• Lead the design process from research to high-fidelity execution
• Create a compelling vision that promotes collaboration
• Raise product quality through innovative design standards
• Mentor junior designers to foster skill development
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Product Design
• Proven ability to navigate complex design challenges
• Experience with scalable solutions across various products
• Excellent understanding of UX, usability, and visual design
• Background in designing user experiences for AI technologies
