Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Design Development and Construction Documents
• Produce architectural drawings using Revit
• Coordinate documentation with various consultants
• Prepare permit submissions and tender packages
• Support technical detailing and building code analysis
Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Architecture
• 5+ years experience in an architectural practice
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
• Experience in commercial and multifamily projects
• Authorized to work in Canada
